Anvil rolls are hardened rollers (over 62 HRC). We’ve engineered core designs and durable surface options to enhance performance and life span.

Available either smooth or stepped.
Used for a full range of converting methods.
Hard chrome coating for best surface quality (finish) and corrosion protection
Thickness: 62 +/- 2 HRC. Run-out accuracy < 3 µm. Cylindricity < 3 µm.

Discover the adjustable anvill roll

The E-Diffsystem is designed to control the movement of the anvil roller electronically. It has a micrometric precision (+/- 1µm), to be able to adjust the gap between the anvil and the magnetic cylinder to the maximum.

It works replacing the existing anvil roll and it is adjustable to any die cutting unit.
Allows to work with materials of different thicknesses.
It makes the adjustments micron by micron (µm).
