Tecnocut is now working in the design and development process of the first versatile test bench for the label industry. This new project will allow testing the whole process of label development and production. The project is funded by the CDTI, from the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

 

 

Test bench’s main goal:  research and development

The CDTI (Center for the Development of Industrial Technology) has considered that the project (with file number IDI-20191163) deserves the qualification of Research and Development, for the activities that Tecnocut is carrying out.

With this first prototype we will be able to test and validate the equipment in our own facilities. With that we want to achieve the following goals:

• Improve the production capacity.
• Have more control over the equipment.
• Increase safety in all processes.
• Minimize the possibility of human errors.
• Provide a high added value, having the possibility to develop custom projects.

All this will give our customers and collaborators the possibility to carry out tests of the whole process of label production.

Tecnocut’s commitment to research and innovation

Our commitment to innovation is not new, since in March of last 2020 we already received the Innovative SME seal, from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competititviy.

The commissioning of the test bench on which we are working now, will also help us with future developments and improvements of the equipment we are already working with.

At Tecnocut we look to the future, going one step ahead and meeting the development challenges that label and converting market could  have in the following years.
