Size
We make small units that fit on a table and large stations integrated into a production line. The web width and the frame are calculated for your press.
Pressure
The pressure on the tool is controlled with mechanical gauges, or with a hydraulic servomotor when more precision and repeatability between jobs is needed.

From drawing to final assembly, everything happens in our own facilities. That is why we can adapt it to your press, not the other way round.
Option
The station can be equipped with the Pit Stop system: the magnetic cylinder slides out on guides onto a storage trolley, and the next one goes in the same way. You change jobs without dismantling the station and without lifting the cylinder by hand.
