Turn bar

Turns the material over in the smallest space

It lets you easily work on both sides of the material without ever stopping production.

  • 01 Simple installation thanks to its very narrow width.
  • 02 Adjustable web alignment, and it runs assisted by compressed air.
  • 03 Low-inertia, wear-resistant, low-friction rollers.

What it’s for

Both sides, in a single pass

Some jobs call for printing, die-cutting or other processes on both sides of the material. The turn bar lets you work one side first, flip the web and carry on with the other, all in line and without taking the material off the press.

Advantages

Turning without creasing

Maximum precision

Its two diagonally positioned rollers stop creases from forming or the material from breaking as it is turned.

Easy installation

It is fixed with six screws onto the press frames, so it fits into any production line.

100% adjustable

An axial adjustment mechanism lets you centre the turn bar in relation to the material to ensure it works properly.

Where the turn bar fits in

It is mounted in the line, between processes, and works alongside the rest of the equipment that handles the web before and after die-cutting.

Do you work on both sides?

Tell us the web width, the material and the space you have in the line. We will confirm whether the turn bar fits and in which dimensions.
