Personal data

Personal data is information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. Through the website's contact form we collect the personal data that users provide: first name and surname, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of their enquiry.

Visiting the website does not require users to provide any personal data. However, if they do provide it, the data will be processed lawfully and at all times in accordance with the principles and rights set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Purpose, retention period and legal basis

We will process the data that users provide through the contact form in order to handle the request made: to process and manage their enquiry, request for a quote or any other request made through that form. We will keep this data for as long as necessary to fulfil the request and for the period established by law, with a minimum of 3 years.

The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by users when they tick the box accepting our privacy policy before sending their request. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If users contact us by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, we will process the data they provide for the same purpose: to answer their enquiry.

Disclosure of personal data and international transfers

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The technology providers we use may access it, solely in order to provide their services to us and acting as data processors:

• Salesforce (Salesforce, Inc., United States): customer relationship management (CRM) system where enquiries received through the form are recorded.
• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States): website hosting.
• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group): if users choose to contact us through this channel.

Some of these providers are established in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area, which constitutes an international data transfer. These transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for companies certified under it or, failing that, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Keeping data up to date

So that we can keep personal data up to date, it is important that users inform us whenever there has been any change; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for its accuracy.

Users guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful, that all the information provided corresponds to their actual situation and is up to date and accurate, and undertake to communicate any change.

Mandatory information

If users do not tick the box accepting the privacy policy, the form cannot be sent.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your data and obtain confirmation of its processing, as well as a copy of the personal data being processed. You have the right to update it and request the rectification of inaccurate data, or request its erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request the restriction of processing and object to it by withdrawing your consent, and exercise the right to data portability. Likewise, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your personal data.

Processing of data of minors

Anyone who provides data through the forms on this website and accepts its processing declares that they are over 14 years of age; access to and use of the website by minors under that age is prohibited. If at any time the Controller detects that a minor under 14 has provided personal data, we will delete it.
