They are made in all kinds of rubber, choosing the compound according to what they will be used for. We make the complete roller or replace the worn rubber on the one you already have.
The elastomers to choose from are quite varied. All of them offer some level of resistance to water, wear, certain chemicals and extreme heat, but each one has its strengths and weaknesses.
The body
Metal-bodied rollers are normally made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium, or any other metal that suits the requirements of the application.
When the rubber wears out, we replace it on the same body. It is faster and cheaper than making a whole new roller, and the removed rubber is recycled.
